(the "Company") (OTCQB:EFOID) announced that it priced an underwritten public offering of 1.175 million shares of the Company's common stock at a public offering price of $4.50 per share. The offering is expected to close on August 11, 2014, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. In addition, the underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 176,250 shares of common stock from the Company. The Company's common stock has been approved for listing on The NASDAQ Capital Market concurrently with the closing of the offering, and is expected to begin trading on The NASDAQ Capital Market on August 7, 2014.
