Yup! I guess it is easier for the SEC to go after the small fry like HSA. Amazing how they seem to turn a blind eye on the huge scale industrial naked shorting that is occurring on hundreds of OTC stocks like XUII! Their view is that people 'invest' in these penny stocks 'at their own risk' and consequently do nothing to address the criminal stock manipulation by the big boys. They are USELESS.
Yup out and probably short. I hope they didn't have time to cover before they were busted.
There is a more serious short here than MoneyRunners though imo. MMs and/or German groups are all over XUII imo. The fact XUII has been registered to trade on the Berlin Stock Exchanges is a sure fire sign of this illegal naked shorting and manipulation.
Rather than going after small time crooked promoters I wish the SEC would remove it's head from it's azz and address this large scale fraud! The current system favors these thieving scum. The hiding of FTD's by the transfer off shore of large blocks of air shares via criminal offshore hedge funds and their complicit market participant partners needs to stop. NITE, ETRF and CSTI seem to me to be the worst offenders here in XUII (and on hundreds of others i've witnessed).

especially after an "Elliott Wave 5-Wave Decline" (0.005 down to 0.0005 and 0.0018 down to 0.0005)
it sets-up a "Run" for traders !

What does everyone expect from a developing company? Dilution is the way to get funding. After all, everyone who buys the company are what we like to call "investors". They sell shares to investors to make money for the company, so the company can turn around and fund projects.
In the end, the company will most likely buy back shares if it becomes successful. Then you have the reverse of dilution. Share prices skyrocket. Idk about all of you, but I want to be holding as many shares as possible when they dilute, so when they buy back I'll make a fortune.
Bottom line = dilution is necessary and common for penny stocks. And it can mean good things in the future if the company decides they have too many shares floating around.
