My guess is that there will be no PRs this week. I know,
My guess is that there will be no PRs this week. I know, that is completely irrational and a 180 degree change from my previous statements, but here is why:
Every time a PR or news is released, the pps goes down (and the volume goes up). I believe the reason for this is because the PRs are constantly hitting the same people - us - the same exact group of investors who are RIGHT NOW the only ones who know about BLTA and who are the only ones watching for and reading the PRs or the news.
When news hits, there are a bunch of day traders who stick by the adage "buy on rumor, sell on the news", so they set themselves up to sell on that day, and the volume spikes and the pps goes south (idiots?).
That won't be like that forever - once the airshow arrives (and that begins in full force starting about tomorrow or Friday at the latest). You see - with the airshow there will undoubtedly be media coverage to drum up interest in the airshow and to give people what they want and something interesting to talk about. AND WHO is THE MOST INTERESTING attendee at the show this year? Nope - it is not the Thunderbirds. It is America's Newest Airline with a 25 year underdog history and the first airline to obtain its its FAA Part 121 certification for scheduled flights to International Countries on the other side of the Atlantic. I truly that Baltia could receive the Lion's Share of the media coverage this year (not only because they are sponsoring the show but also because of their quite interesting past).
So..........why put out PRs this week when the media will do it for you (for free? if you don't consider the cost of the sponsorship) - and in so doing will tremendously expand the group of people interested in and who will read the PRs when you put them out NEXT WEEK. One news channel can hit 10s of millions of NEW INVESTORS, whereas one PR hits only the same 1,000 or so old investors who are completely tapped out.
My guess is that the PRs will be held off till after the show, and the news media will be utilized to its fullest extent to expand the base of investors who know about BLTA - then hit them next week with a PR, and now you hit the same 1,000 or so PLUS the NEW MILLIONS or so - creating a much greater effect for your targetted PR.
- JMHO...........But look for the "free" media coverage this week, the pps not to finish off too much above .03 this week (maybe .035?), and wait to see what effect this airshow has on the pps when NEXT WEEK rolls around.................
