cool, I've always had a mindset of a long term retirement age goals when it comes to buying, holding and trading TECO stock. I won't retire for 15-17 more years when I am eligible for 100% social security and only if SS is still around. That timeline gives an idea of my long term commitment so regardless of near or long term PPS; I hope to remain a Treaty shareholder for years to come. I agree with your institutional assessment but are you also taking into consideration penny stock dynamics and MOMO. Penny stocks don't just react on big money entering the picture. I don't think it was the institutionals taking positions last January that brought the PPS to .13. Treaty had less going for it back then and financials weren't as mature so as suggested; how would just that Belize "oil strike" PR move the institutional investors into taking positions? I think we can hit the teens again without big money stepping in and just on many new retailers coming in. Although it might retrace heavily depending on how much retail day trading and selling goes on. On the other hand hitting half a buck is another story and IMO it will definitely take the big money to get there. Your thoughts?
