Well, well, well.. today with only about 1% of the float trading, the short ratio was the lowest it has been in a very long time at about 12%.

Hmmm, perhaps at less than 2X the par value of the stock, the shorters finally may agree that the risk/reward of massive shorting down at these levels does not offer an enticing or lucrative opportunity. Also at such a low PPS it seems that the intraday volume has also fallen to very low levels so the market makers are probably having a tough time making any money on such anemic volume. Investors and traders in the market typically do not like to play or even touch with a 10 ft pole any stocks which appear to be getting "cellar-boxed" by market manipulators. Perhaps there would be more price volatility and action in the stock if the PPS were not so close to the par value of the stock, just a guess.
Mr Allinder, if by chance you are reading this board, I have a question for you : where is the 10K?! Three months ago, the CEO stated the 10K would be filed with the SEC in weeks, not months. We all realize there were delays and because it goes deep into the past the document preparation takes longer than a typical 10K, however IMO the investors and traders on the sidelines are not jumping in off the sidelines until we have real transparency, so effectively the lack of the 10K is allowing the bashers to have a full onslaught of negativity and the spread of doubt to any and all investors interested in the RFMK story, which is having disasterous consequences for the stock; falling volume and prices. What we have seen over the months is what typically happens when promises are made to shareholders and then nothing happens. Let us make something happen and file the 10K so that investors can feel confident about entering into a position into RFMK and the stock can recover. I no longer really know how to define the word, "soon", rather I understand completely what the word "now" means as in "... the 10K has now been filed...". Personally I like the word, "now" better than the word, "soon" and I think most investors do as well. Just my opinions.
