Who knew film colorists are highly sought after as CEOs of publicly traded companies?
An advertisement reads:
Wanted: Two film colorists to front two linked publicly traded companies. No experience in heading a firm and no background in accounting are major plusses. Will reward successful applicants with title of President or CEO and generous amounts of insider shares. Our business is the selling of billions of shares of stock in the microcap firms we control to the general public. So come join us, and laugh all the way to the bank!
Did film colorist Artemus Mayor (PSD/ SKTO) and film colorist Mario Barrera ever see an ad like that?
Neither John Burke (AEGY principal accounting officer) nor Mario Barrera (CEO/ AEGY) make any mention of AEGY on their linkedin pages. Nor does Burke reference his role as SKTO consultant and financial report preparer on his linkedin. Not to mention the flagrant omission in SKTO FY 2013 Basic Pink Disclosure of John Burke as preparer of the FY 2013 financial reports. Mayor, Burke, Barrera; these are proud men. The question is, proud of what?
