In prior Quarters alot of updates were released that weren't PR'd.

Example: 2Q2012 there was a potential S-1 client that $BCAP was close to signing. Now what happens if we read that potential S-1 client has become an active client? Or We read there are 2 more S-1 clients signed up that haven't been announced in PR's?

We only know partial information from the PR's and need updates:

1. 750M shares in $RIGH were sold. At what price? $0.0001 = $75k revenue, $0.0002 = $150k revenue.

2. We need to understand the difference between an operational and a functioning TA? If I read it right there's already a $BCAP TA, but will there be two (the one that was supposed to update at the end of October)?

3. Information on the current status of the $BCAP audit: How close is it to completion? What steps are remaining? We haven't heard anything for 3 weeks. That impacts the S-1, BOD, and other future appointments.

4. Virgin Shell: What's the current status on its audit and the S-1? What's happening with the valuation? Most of the acquisition capital is stored in the shell.

5. What other revenues have been unlocked and is there an indication of what will be unlocked in the next quarters?

That's what I'm looking for.
