What we are saying is that if they are going to use Facebook to interact with shareholders, it should be done professionally. I don't think they should provide an answer to a question if it's not a hard answer, and I don't think they should hint at "surprises" or say things like "Maybe...."
Yes they are a startup, and yes it is good to use social media. I just don't think that they need to tease us with what they are doing with our money.
