EXPU people like to *itch about the dilution and sometimes justifiably so but if it were not for the capital raising there would be no business ...
There would be no atm's or banking or value of any sort ...
Afterall is that not why business's go public?
To raise funds to execute their plan and then increase shareholder value after a certain amount of capital raising ...
Because of that everyone is able to buy in at these low prices ...
Just think if you bought at a .05 you would have to get to .10 or .15 or .20 to make 100, 200 or 300% ...
Yes the stock had less shares but people here could have loaded the .0002's easily and at .0004 it is 100% ...
At .001 it is 500% ...
If you think about how many shares there were when the stock hit .20 in relation people have a much better chance for a higher percentage return down here ...
Some traders complained about the PPS dropping from .21 when the OS was at 75 million (which would have given it a market cap of 15.75 million) NOW the OS is at 860 million and the price .0004 ... that is a market cap of $344,000.00 ...
Grossly undervalued and ridiculous ...
If people were ecstatic with the value when it was at .21 and a OS of 75 million they should be jumping out of their boots and climbing over chairs and mountains to buy this up at this price ...
If you were to measure the same value with the present 860 million OS the PPS should then be at .018 ...
This stock should be at .003 minimum giving it $2,580,000 market cap ...
