DALLAS, Aug. 5, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Republic of Texas Brands, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: RTXB) today has announced that they have completed a name and Cusip change with FINRA to Totally Hemp Crazy Inc. (THCZ). The new name will help investors and the public to identify the new direction of the company and will blend into the labeling of its new Proprietary Brand Hemp Based Beverage Drink Line-Up.
"This is another huge step forward for the company as we prepare to roll out our three product lines of new hemp based beverage products. This fall we will introduce a hemp based flavored water drink with four flavors, a delicious hemp based iced tea product and a hemp based energy drink," Says Tom Shuman CEO.
