Just to let u know the rig belongs to me and was stolen out of Kentucky with a fraudulent title. Don't know if treaty bought it or leases it as I can't find anything in their filings. You can bet they will not tell the truth. The dumb bastards are running it without the rear outriggers. Stupidity beyond belief. And to think anyone would give money to people as unqualified as these is also beyond belief. Now I have to pay a third lawyer and that is as bad as giving cash to treaty. The difference is yours is gone .with no hope. A group of u need to get together with the sec. U guys have a good forum going. A few dollars apiece after group get together to employ an Atty. Too many people let them off the hook and they laugh at you.. I think stat of limitation runs for two years but since u sold you might have disqualified yourself. Check it out. At least u might feel better. Remember every state has it's own security board.
