Yes, bueno falls into that category of poster who emphasizes the bad to help make his trading entry point as favorable as possible. Not sure how much a declining price is due to that type of posting and how much is simply due to investors drawing similar conclusions on their own.
It sure feels, again, like things are aligning for success, but it is hardly a given. Plenty of unknowns. If JBII fails it will not be from lack of trying.
JBII is not a scam.
But the company has a history of not being completely transparent with investors.
I figure the main reason we are back here is because this is where the PIPE's have been offered and the new management has been clear about the need for additional funds. I'm concerned that the new offering will now have to be made even lower. That will be very bad for all of us early investors.
We need some new, good news.
We are at the tipping point.
