It would be worthwhile to reassess what's going on. The SEC is an enforcement agency here to protect the interests of investors like you. They very correctly charged Mr. Bordynuik with accounting fraud. You can see on the books how he committed accounting fraud with the media credits. Now the SEC made that public information and investors have another data point to use in their decision on whether or not to trust Mr. Bordynuik when he says he can turn garbage into diesel at 90% gross margins.
While pointing out to the public that Mr. Bordynuik is dishonest and capable of fraud, the SEC and OSC suits did NOT preclude Mr. Bordynuik from moving forward, starting up the processors and doing what he promised--Mr. Bordynuik is entirely responsible for JBI's lack of performance. The SEC had no part in "killing" JBI.
