ok. well 4m x 50% (comish rate) is 2m dollars x 70% profit margins is 1.4m less 400k ( real burn rate 160k btw) is 1m dollars x 12 is 12m divided by 133 os is about .09 cents per share x 15x $1.35 us 10x thats .90 cents use 5x thats .45 cents.
Doomed, boy I would hope not.
The volumes have improved greatly the last 12 to 15 months and 70m shares have traded hands and taken out a lot of notes. 1.1m was raised to help the company ( people are saying that .05 cent is coming out now) and it was a blessing. The word is getting out its just going to take time to absorb the tired longs/flippers/.05 cent stock and paper. After q3 we should clear out 10m to 15m shares and by end q4 we should be cleaned up. We will see what takes place by then. My guess we should be set to run in 2015 and beyond as it looks like we will do 50m plus next year at .08 to .09 cents a share which is 1x earnings even at 5x thats .45 cents.
