You fail to address the point being made. It is fine to have occasional reports of activity at the plant, but when production of the type required to achieve CFP starts it will be obvious to anyone driving by. Clearly we are not there yet or we would hear many more reports from eyewitnesses.

What will it take to start hearing those reports of steadily increasing activity? What is the watershed event?
