That aspect of their "PR" kills me. This isn't an elementary school class where the teacher says there'll be a surprise if everyone behaves. This is an airline, a fully reporting company, with a lot of people's hard earned money involved. What are they thinking? Does Walmart go on their FB page and play grabass with their shareholders? Absolutely not.
They need to post legitimate happenings, or post nothing at all. Coy smiley faces and "hints" about what is happening with OUR money is extremely unprofessional.
