To be honest...I am not even sure that the inspection has been done. I think perhaps Bill may have gotten notice that it MAY happen pretty soon and that is what he is preparing for, or, at least that is what I got out of the tone of the news today, Trial runs, maintenance, cleaning, etc.... I don't think anyone goes to all that trouble until the last moment, as you would just have to do it all over again later. So, based on that....I think the inspection is coming and has not already happened.
Again,....might be a good idea if your not fully loaded, to dry out some powder pretty soon. JMO GLTA
