after the last 11 months, suspect most can toss out priors
and i expect 2nd won't be much better than the first Q (2014)
but that Q filed >> keeps aspects *current* >> and sets up mgmt's *control*
re: flow of info and timing
what is due this month besides the 2nd Q
8k on NYSDEC
Finra's housekeeping (name/ticker/cusip changed out)
8k on bogus *suit/s settlement* and the tools utilized for them
8k on the company noted via the 7.1.14 update
like the subtle shift in play..
