$UDHI Letter from the President of DrinkableAir:

Letter from the President

I am writing this letter and posting it on Facebook due to the increased volume of calls we are receiving at the Drinkable Air office. We appreciate the added exposure we are receiving through interest in our Joint Venture/Strategic Partners but we have a business to run and cannot and will not discuss our distributors or Joint Venture Partners business. They have their business to run and we have to concentrate on Drinkable Air business.

We are a private company that does not want to spend valuable monies on an IR firm. We only have 26 shareholders in Drinkable Air, most are involved in the day to day operations of the Company and the rest are friends, family, distributors and Angel investors that have a long history with the company. That may change (and we expect it to in order to fund our growth), but for now it is important for our staff to concentrate on the operations and supporting the huge growth we are experiencing.
If you are interested in Drinkable Air products, becoming a distributor, or finding out more about the potential growth of the Company…..we are happy to discuss that with you. From the calls and emails we are receiving, there seems to be some confusion regarding our company. Obviously many people are following our Facebook posts as the emails are asking about how our business relates to other Companies and the structure of Drinkable Air. This letter will answer the most commonly asked questions we are receiving and future inquiries about our Partners will be referred to this letter. Again if you are calling to potentially be a part of the Drinkable Air team we will certainly invest our time to forward our brand.

1. Drinkable Air is a privately held company incorporated in the State of Florida in 2010. All of our filings are current and can be found at www.sunbiz.org.

2. Union Dental Corp is a strong Joint Venture/Strategic Partner with Drinkable Air and we have the following agreements in place that have been previously released by Union Dental after approval by me.

a) Union Dental is the Exclusive Distributor for our Chameleon line of Atmospheric Water Generators to the dental market in the United States. Any sale of Chameleon 8’s, our Commercial AWG’s and our Air Conditioning to a dentist in the United States falls under this agreement. If Union Dental sells the unit they receive the full difference between wholesale and retail; if one of our other distributors sells the product, Union Dental receives an override.

b) Union Dental and Drinkable Air have a Joint Venture agreement on the Green Ozonator patent and patent pending applications. The Canadian patent has been issued and we are still patent pending in the US and the Patent Cooperation treaty of 150 countries. Union Dental owns 51% of this intellectual property and Drinkable Air owns 49%. This is worldwide for this specific product. Drinkable Air will integrate this product into our product line and allow all of our worldwide distributors to sell the product and the profits will be split between Union Dental and Drinkable Air as to the ownership percentages. This product is not ready to enter the revenue generating stage as we are completing the final testing of the prototype.

3. If you are a shareholder in Union Dental you are not an investor in Drinkable Air; Inc.; you are a shareholder in Union Dental.

4. Drinkable Air currently has 26,143,300 shares issued and outstanding and both Union Dental and Dr. Green are two of the 26 shareholders of Drinkable Air, Inc.

Since we have received a lot of inquiries over the past couple of weeks and needed to answer these frequently asked questions, I will take this opportunity to introduce myself and give you some of my background. I first became aware of Drinkable Air, Inc. when I owned and operated the Green Resource Center in West Palm Beach, Florida in 2010. The Green Resource Center was developed to be an incubator for Green Technologies. I was so impressed with the technology and how the business was run that I joined the Board of Directors.

After having been in the Health Care Industry for over 35 years, I personally witnessed the growth of Drinkable Air and the quality of its products. I decided that I can help a greater number of people by providing pure water for the world than I can in the medical field, where I can only help a small percentage of people. The Ozone Technology is incredible and can be used in many different aspects and the fact that we can make water where there is no water is exciting. I left my other business endeavors when the opportunity arose to join Drinkable Air, Inc.

Our growth right now is staggering. We previously did not go out to publicize our products as we needed to grow within our capital restraints. We also wanted to have a track record of machines operating throughout the world before we started major advertising. We did not want our success to be our failure. With over 400 machines operating in 23 countries for over 2 years and zero returns, we are at that point.

In regards to the future, the executive team at Drinkable Air, Inc. is working hard to meet our growing needs. Being a US manufacturer is challenging at times, but the payoff is rewarding. We are creating jobs and we can control the quality of our products and that is more important to me at this point in time. The fact that we have grown this company from a concept on paper to a fully operating, revenue generating company with only 26 million shares outstanding and $550,000 of debt on our books is a testament to our hard work and commitment to the company.

We continue to look for opportunities to meet our funding needs, add strategic partners and enhance our value. We will not discuss these corporate decisions publicly but will evaluate each opportunity for growth. I believe that Benjamin Franklin was a smart man and one of his best inventions was not electricity but the T chart. Pros on the left and cons on the right. If the pros outweigh the cons we move forward with the proposal and if the cons win…..scrap the idea.

If you like our products and the information we provide please share it. Like our Facebook page and invite others to as well (everyone that called us or emailed us recently, reads our Facebook page but our likes have remained the same….take the extra second to click Like. It gets our name out there. Invite your friends to Like us). Be part of the groundswell and grass roots efforts to be socially responsible individuals that are Good Stewards of our planet.

When in college at Boston University, I started an organization called The Responsible Stewards of the Planet Society™. I was ahead of the times but I am so proud to continue my professional life under that same commitment. Even if you don’t buy a Chameleon 8 for your home……stop buying bottled water and go through the extra step of buying a reusable container for your water. Yes it is a little more effort to carry it around instead of discarding a bottle but we only have 1 planet. Support our Strategic Partners like World Vision and Whole World Water. Instead of another shirt or hat for someone for their birthday (they have a closet full of them) give a donation in their name and help a child get something we take for granted……water. Small things can become big things……it just takes commitment, effort and timing. We have all of that at Drinkable Air.

Thank you for your time
Sincerely,
Steven J. Kairis
