Dear Dr. Husid,
I would like to congratulate you on MIHL's recent deal completion. I am sure the MIHL BOD yourself included has worked very hard and will continue to execute the business plan effectively. However I know we have gone over SEC filings in the past and MIHL is not currently responsible for filing an 8k legally. By choice could MIHL file some sort of SEC documentation in light of the recent deal completion?
My reason for asking this is simply because MIHL is again being questioned by some in regards to the validity of the deal. People claim that MIHL deal is not legitimate because its not reported. It is my personal experience while dealing with MIHL that you seem to be honest and forthcoming. However Investors aren't professionals, and this market is OTC Pink. In the macro sense MIHL will not have to worry about the doubters. However the ultimate truth is inevitable and i was wondering if MIHL could release an SEC filings pertaining to the deals because Carlos is using that as a crutch. It is one thing for him to lie about DTC chill. It is another for him to use the rouse of SEC filings. Which i must say are important to many investors. 90% of all investors are jaded. Those 90% are not trusting and the integrity of MIHL could be challenged by these accusations. Given the fact that MIHL is a new International Public Company and not just national. MIHL might benefit from optionally or voluntarily filing something with the SEC. In this way the company can have deals backed by the gov, and trusted by the people. So when groups that keep wanting to pop up like carlos and spread rumor can be immediately dismissed. IMO an SEC filing is worth more than the PR. Right now its not just Carlos that wishes for a filing. MIHL has a very loyal group of investors who trust MIHL because they follow the laws. However we all know the Laws are not always in the best interest of the people. Personally i do think and believe the OTC should be stricter with companies requirements because so many companies out there use the "I'm following the laws" as the scape goat. When in fact the laws allow loop holes. And every single person has either experienced or is experiencing a company who has lied about PR's, Committed financial fraud, and lied to investors, myself included. I am not really concerned about MIHL telling the truth at the moment. However I know Carlos has the resources to hurt MIHL's early reputation. I recommend filing something that proved the information in the PR is real. I suggest that filing be an SEC filing. It would be the best thing for MIHL's Reputation, and MIHL investor confidence.
I am truly sorry if you feel hounded. Running a public company is a lot of work. MIHL has chosen a path that will be rough at the start. However i am goign to say that if MIHL BOD does accept to file a SEC filing pertaing to acquisitions by choice it will speak epic volumes to the level of honesty and the seriousness about wanting to be a great company. I think we all know having a strong foundation keeps buildings up. Everyone involved right now, insiders and public alike should definitely defend their beliefs, faith, hopes, and dreams. Alas i leave you with two last questions. How can investors verify the deal effectively in order to counter those who oppose it's validity? Would filing a SEC document by choice do anything but good? If the second question is going to lead to more harm, then i would like an explanation myself. The reason is because i don't want MIHL to suffer, but i don't want Carlos the dumper to win, and the more this goes on the more people will listen to those out to hurt us. IMO that alone makes me write to you for help in this department.
I hope your surgery is healing up nicely!
Thank you
