Dilemn well posed micro.
So Brad proposed a new company, Kiliwa, presumably to make a junction public/private but also exploration/production.
With time a definite solution is not determined, what we can say is that Brad is now fully communicating with public small shareholders, waiting for legal issues to be fixed.
