On 1 August 2014, UAB Merko Statyba, which is a part of AS Merko Ehitus group, and Pro Kapital Bonum UAB, which is part of AS Pro Kapital Grupp group, entered into a contract to perform the design and construction works of an apartment building located in Lithuania Vilnius, at Saltiniu Namai residential building complex. Under the contract, UAB Merko Statyba will build an apartment building (41 apartments and 3 commercial premises) with the total gross area of 4,100 m².
The contract value is EUR 2.9 million, plus value added tax. UAB Merko Statyba will start with design works, the construction works will begin after Pro Kapital Bonum UAB gives the notification to start with the construction works at the latest in November 2014 and are scheduled to take about 15 months. Pro Kapital Bonum UAB has the right not to order the construction works.
