Amen to that DJK. No big deal; the guy typing it in for him got confused... really not an issue as it's the content that matters and knowing there's a real CEO who's been working hard and cares about getting KMAG out of the greys (and even out of the OTC gutter some day)... no matter who says otherwise, this I know and no one can convince me differently.
Of course social media posting is sanctioned by the SEC so it’s as real and true as KMA Global is a going and growing business… evidenced by information attained 7/21/14 from the Ontario Ministry of Government and Consumer Finance with KMA being Active (paying taxes): ID # is 1175634. When I first started accumulating KMAGgies in March 2012 after researching it since finding in Jan. 2012, my dd allowed me to take a 'gamble' ... I say gamble not because of all the exceptional information found on KMA Global and am still finding but because it was on the highly manipulated OTC, a penny stock.
What's happend with KMAG (suspension/greys) may be relatively uncommon but believe what Mr. Reid has been trying to do about it is very uncommon, even unique (one of a kind, precedent-setting) as most penny stock CEOs (even those who have going/profitable concerns) come to realize they don't have the excessive resources necessary to pursue getting off the greys. As I know he's been diligently working on this matter for nearly two years now and has a profitable and growing business in KMA Global, I don't think Mr. Reid (or any such CEO) would let it diminish or die... thus, I hold and patiently wait, no MATTER how long it may take.
KMAG MATTERS: (only what's been out there and known...so far)- Facts that remain and only improve:
18-year-old company
At least eight patents, two major US ones heavily utilized
Revenues/Profits-continue growing exponentially
Contacts and partnerships (Checkpoint Systems, ADT-Sensormatic)
Growing client list (Li & Fung)
No debt
No reverse split
No dilution
37M sh bb=total 216M shares (prob. near 300M by now?)
Experienced management team
Experienced legal firm
Voluntarily put out Q3 and Q4 while on greys
Attorney Letter while on greys
FINRA approval of new company TRII
Oct. 23, 2013 PR and others since speaking to and updating sh
Social Media use as of 4/1/14: Facebook and Twitter
Getting out of greys-history making (to be seen)
