DHSM - From Company Website

Important Shareholder and Public Information

Charlie Barrett announces that he has reviewed the final draft of DHS Holding Co's financials, and expects to have them filed the week of November 19. Once the financials are filed, this will bring the company current with all the filings required by OTC Markets.

It has come to the attention of DHS that some shareholders are having trouble depositing their shares with brokerage firms. We have learned that not all brokerage firms will accept Pink Sheet or sub-penny stocks for deposit. We find this almost inconceivable because, if you want to buy or sell a Pink Sheet stock, brokerage firms have no problem collecting commissions to do your transaction. There are, however, still brokerage firms that are willing, under the proper guidelines, to accept Pink Sheet stocks in certificate form. It is not an easy process, but if the guidelines are followed properly, you will be able to have your certificates deposited.

Over the past 12 months or so, the government has made it very difficult on all Pink Sheet companies. Brokerage firms consider it more trouble than what it's worth to accept physical certificates. We at DHS highly disagree, and find this most troubling. Every Pink Sheet company, including DHS, shares these similar problems. Although we are not required to do so, we will try to assist all our shareholders that may be experiencing such problems.
