As regards your post, here, there is one thing that I still wonder about: Has anybody come up with a verifiable fact of just who the intervening third party is, who apparently has been holding up the whole shi-bang? Is it in fact, the SEC? Or some other nefarious agency/agent? Any opinions, old chap?
