It's hard for me to wrap my brain around all this and SRG I really appreciate your DD and big picture vision of MMTC. If you think about India, malaysian and other parts of the world where it is hard to find clean water just to wash food and governments don't even know where to begin to control food safety, what a market. I still think the ease of use and the economy of using the MIT scanners is what will conquer the market. It is too easy for workers and food producers to overlook things which are too time consuming or expensive. I think that finding a simple culture process or eliminating the culture process altogether will make this sought after by everyone, even those who already own systems.
