We know 2 things and that's all that matters:
1) Reid submitted the form 10, and
2) The SEC has misappropriated their powers by not allowing it to be filed.
(All other companies are allowed the filing immediately, with any necessary changes done during the following 60 days. Why should KMAG be treated any different?)
Hence, IMO, all concerned investors should be sending the SEC a complaint letter about the form 10 not showing up on Edgar yet and that if after 60 days it still doesn't show up, investors will escalate the matter to courts and full media/press.
Enough is enough, people. The 60 day window will be gone soon. We have two weeks to convey our concerns and repercussions to the SEC, for them to strongly consider. And, anyone who thinks it may do more harm than where we're at right now, ask yourselves exactly how could it hurt more?
Keep in mind too, once the submission goes past 60 days, there is literally no telling how many more months or years it'll go before the SEC is truly inspired to edgarize it.
