You say you take your DD from the filings. So does this unsophisticated investor. And the info presented in the fillings is dismal. Machines that have never performed anywhere close to the expectations established by management. One <<er>> forward looking <<er>> statement after another.

And here we sit on the brink of bankruptcy. If there was true value in the technology there would be money stepping up to the take to take it forward.

There is none. Just some unnamed engineering firm and more promoters and no proof that the flagship processor has any real commercial value.
