I didn't see a disclaimer in the financials, but risks and uncertainties were mentioned. The only concession title that's not been updated since 2008 is 221732.

BANDERA GOLD LTD.
All other concession titles belong to Minera Agave SA de CV. Bandera Gold is playing with fire here by still having the other concession titles on their website, because it's not theirs. According to the SIAM web concession archive they can only have 221732 on their website, because that's the only one that's not updated since 2008.
