Net income available to common shareholders totaled $6.78 million, or $0.36 per diluted common share, for the quarter and $12.28 million, or $0.65 per diluted common share, for the six months ended June 30, 2014. Core earnings totaled $6.87 million for the quarter and $12.73 million for the six months ended June 30, 2014.

The quarterly dividend is payable to common shareholders of record on August 1, 2014, and is expected to be paid on or about August 15, 2014.
