"Shadow, people are invested here due to they want to possibly strike it rich one day. Will that 1-day ever get here you ask? Maybe..or maybe not. Investors here (insiders or not) like the heavily manipulation they can spin on the stock, performing the task of running it both up..and down. Therefore do NOT expect any RS's any time soon because of...if it were to happen, then the company would be taken as trying to be very proactive and serious about conducting their business model to a more profound way. Not to mention it would drive the penny flippers (insiders or not) to the hills."
