As my frustrations got the best of me yesterday, I saw the comment on fb last night around 10pm that Reid was trying to get this issue resolved all day yesterday and evening. I wish I wouldve seen that sooner. Remember there is that small chance that Kmag is on schedule to move forward. We are assuming kmag is getting kicked around. If the form 10 DOES NOT GO IN EFFECT AS PLANNED after 60 days I believe that will confirm where we stand.
