WE spelled out very clearly last year that scrc was an 18 month to 24 month investment and that the ball will really start to roll in q3 and q4 of 2014. It is true we believed that rapimeds would lead the charge however, it is now compounding which is even better. The shares will eventually cycle through over time. I do not have the answers as to when as I can not handicap that very well nor can anyone else.
her is what we know:
162k 452k 941k 1.7m 2.7m......... and probably 3m thats 6 staright months of record growth. We also know that profit margins are 75% and comish is 50% leaving us with a 20% net approx. So doing the math 20% X 3m is approx 600k ( not taking into consideration other charges) a very attractive #. The cash burn rate is 160k per month.
The odds are 100% that q3 WILL BE PROFITABLE THAT WILL ACTUALLY EARN $$$$$$$. ITS VERY LIKELY E WILL SEE 10M IN REVENUES ITH .005 to .01 cents a share.
133 0/s x .09 cents is less than 12.5m market cap. 36m run rate we are at 1/3 sales which is very undervalued.
For whatever reason there are sellers each and every day and when that cycles thru this stock will have the premium it deserves which is far higher than .09 cents. Is it possible to go lower here? yes if this onslaught continues and certain confluences takes place. However, at some point in time if I am correct and we earn .04 to .05 cents in 2015 give it a multiple of 15x it will trade substantially higher.
I believe if this growth continues another 12 to 15 months eventually someone will be interested in what scrc is doing in the compounding space. it seems probable that we will do 4m in revenues in the next 120 days at a run rate of approx 48m. Clearly a much higher stock then at these levels.
