Merger with TORQ Communications positioning DUTV to the forefront of IPTV and Telephony Markets
NEW YORK, Jan. 24, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Digital Utilities Ventures, Inc (Pinksheets: DUTV), an innovator in Internet Protocol video transport systems, is pleased to announce upcoming discussions with a U.S. based VoIP carrier as a result of the recent merger with TORQ Communications.
