Lieberman's press release reads as follows:
"Following the split, the Company intends to be able to rapidly move forward toward increasing its lithium assets since pricing per acreage comparable to MMTE has increased substantially over the last three years."
When he says "to rapidly move forward toward increasing its lithium assets" , how do you think a company that doesn't generate any revenue and has no cash on hand is suppose to achieve this?
One answer...DILUTION...
So, not only is he telling investors that he is going to reduce the value of each share to a small fraction of what it is now, he's also going to reduce it's value even further when he dilutes to "acquire more concessions."
Yet, we still have some of the same people who have pumped MMTE for so long trying to tell everyone that they know best, and all is not lost. MMTE is at no bid since the R/S was announced, and that pretty much says it all. IMO
