No Elk liver steak, Kelt. Sorry.
Didn't get one.
Stalked them for 5 straight days. It was a good sized herd, but they are like ninjas, and wen't about 10 miles downhill into terrain I couldn't chase them into.
Now i realize why the Native Americans referred to them as Wapiti... means Ghost.
A great week though. Now time for CTIX!
