Because they only:
a) say negative things about the company
b) say things they can't prove - Such as VFOX: claiming payroll taxes are unpaid
c) repeat themselves so many times that they try to make misinformation become truths
d) twists things out of context - Berg was twisting my simple sales figures into complex accounting with "gross profit margins " etc.
e) act like Know-it-alls and don't explain themselves or offer proof. Either accept what they say or not.
