it's not rocket science *hepto*
to recognize that no CFO worth their salt
with SOX et al .. will sign off on an annual
without doing their DD
dolts offer up 90 days for annuals .. 45 days for Qs
we got the K filed on 6.4.14
we got the Q filed on 7.31.14
btw .. it's the hiring of the CFO that the deep pocketed entity
took note of
and changed their bogus bs (faux volume) because of
