I am still actively researching the components of the prurisol. As I go about this I am getting more and more excited about the prospects of this drug being used in other immunocompromised indications. Look at the IL-20 levels for the Prurisol vs. MTX.
Rheumatoid arthritis is one indication where MTX is a first line medication and there are currently other drug companies that are working actively on new medicines for IL-20 inhibitors as a treatment for rheumatoid arthritis. I am sure if I keep digging I can also correlate IL-20 research to all the other diseases we have been talking about.
