Testing method protocol by companies that will use
Post# of 2022
Testing method protocol by companies that will use the MIT 1000 is a standard that is set up by the AOAC. The AOAC may write the rules for the FDA where food testing is involved. The manual is called "Bacteriological Analytical Manual (BAM). As such, protocol for testing by all companies must follow BAM rules . . . just as protocol in testing for Salmonella, Listeria and e-coli where the MIT 1000 is concerned gives demand to all parties using the MMTC tool. Different testing technics apply to the many different tools on the market or by food type. Compliance to all rules in food testing is designed by the AOAC where approved certification by the AOAC is applied. All in my humble opinion and research.
