BELGRADE, Mont., Aug. 1, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Bacterin International Holdings, Inc. (NYSE MKT:BONE), a leader in the development of bone graft material and coatings for medical applications, today announced the pricing of its previously announced underwritten public offering. The Company is offering 1,143,000 shares of its common stock at $5.70 per share and warrants to purchase 571,500 shares of its common stock at an exercise price of $7.12 per share to the public.
Gross proceeds of the offering are approximately $6.5 million. Net proceeds from the offering of approximately $5.8 million are expected to be used for working capital and general corporate purposes including the continued expansion of the company's sales force and increasing inventory levels to support anticipated future growth.
The offering is expected to settle and close on August 6, 2014, subject to customary closing conditions.
