It's just a mindset issue that every down tick = scam and every up tick = pump
$BCAP's TA acquisition will be announced whenever Matt deems it ready, just like all the other news in August / September / October.
IMO if its not TA #1, it'll be TA #2 or #3 or whatever. The capital for the acquisition is already there (the virgin shell), so its only a matter of closing the best deal for $BCAP's shareholders and minimizing the number of Virgin Shell shares being used to effect the acquisition.
