I-Hub Stock Basher Gets a Real Surprise from an OODH shareholder !
Bro... the shares (pictured below) were issued as a result of paying off $20 Million for 640+ acres of gold rich Mining claims (which OODH now Fully-Owns FREE AND CLEAR).
The shares issuance was not that big ... but the smaller issuance did cause a huge "Poison Pill" to execute which was drafted (under the OODH "Shareholders Rights and Protection Plan"
to max out the Authorized if ever 10% or more common stock was held by any "Non-Affiliate" and immediately issue those "max out" or excess shares to specific controlling affiliates (Myself Included) for ONE REASON ONLY and ONE REASON ONLY to prevent a hostile take-over! .
This corporate action occurred solely because our OODH share price became so devalued due to free market conditions and dropped so low that our market cap became only 1/16th the current book value and this protected shareholders from having some dingbat take over through a tender off, or other BS offering, and then subsequently dump all your entire $40.63 Million in assets for their own personal gain... which I would never do to our valued shareholders (I am building - not tearing down!) ...but even Warren E. Buffett would do this.. as he did exactly that to Dempster - sold 100% of their assets - then he fired everyone! That's why it's called a Shareholders Protection Plan!
As for all those fools saying Hundreds of Millions of shares are getting dumped into the markets by "Randy", those are just more lies my man:
The huge blocks of shares issued by the SRAPP they (and now you) are referring to... are merely hanging quietly on my office wall Bro ... they are not deposited with any broker for resale. So, toss out that rumor too!
Plus, CLICK-HERE -I just cancelled 20 Million of them after ensuring the new large shareholder does not have any intentions to attempt such a bid and was not trying to take-over OODH in a hostile manner!
