I've sent several emails to Bob at this address, never once got a reply. I think I'll send one more. I don't buy anyone's excuse to me that "He's really busy and can't be bothered by talking with shareholders." If Solos has time to take people's money, they should have time, even if it's very brief, to acknowledge shareholder concerns. A couple president's letters a year, with a rehashed greeting and extremely vague forward-looking comments doesn't cut it.
