I suppose if they passed it could possibly be tommorrow because it will eventually leak anyway. Unless they wait for the actual physical license to do so, so many possibilties but I like it.
If passed August will be a busy month for Bill doing PR, interviews, and of coarse getting our product ready for first harvest!
