Everybody, I just spent over 38 minutes speaking with investor relations for FITX. Lets just say at the least Bill Swalm is a talker lol. I am not going to repeat the whole conversation because it was obviously way to long but i will give everybody the highlights. I asked him what is all the activity going on at the facility he cannot confirm nor deny whether the inspection is happening or has happened yet but he insinuated that it is very close. He mentioned that we will hear right away as soon as we receive the license, he said "very near term" we will be getting PR's in regards to license, merger, uplisting and projections. To me this means that we can hear about the license as early as Monday if in fact HC is doing the inspection this week. He mentioned that they still plan on having the first harvest end of Sept early October. I asked if the facility is ready to grow, he said no, however most of the stuff is in place so he said once we receive the license within a week or two we should be growing. He said once they get the license they will probably release some type of PR with projections for the rest of this year, and said it will be millions. I asked him about the RXNB merger he couldn't shed any light on the exact structure but mentioned it "will be very positive for shareholders" he also said that they still have 8-9 million cash plus generating revenue from Hemp Tech that can also play a factor into some type of merger with RXNB. I asked him about the vegas license he didn't say anything in particular but just said how the RXNB possible merger will allow us to jump right into the US once the law changes (he also insinuated we might be getting a PR about vegas soon). I asked him again about a reverse split he said he asked the same question a few days ago and there are definitely no plans at all for a reverse split they want the stock to grow naturally and once we get revenue it will sky rocket. Overall he mentioned a lot of things I/WE already know but I definitely feel a lot more confident that the license is just days away by the way he was talking. Not sure if this helps anybody, like i said he just reiterated a lot of stuff we already know but overall a productive conversation.
