Thumper15,
hmmm, I am not aware of any change to the offshore grey stock ticker (DGTLF).

I have read that some seem to think that there was a deletion of that ticker from the greys and changed tickers to "DGTINT" or some other ticker symbol, but I cannot see clearly if this happened or not. I do not think that it has occurred. Dragonite does these issuances and share adjustments all the time, as well you know, so this is nothing special. Typically the DGTLF ticker is not tradeable during the share adjustment times so maybe that is what we are seeing. I did read the corp circular and noted that they mentioned that the fully adjusted shares would be freely trading Nov 15th which is next Thursday. So I guess we will have to wait and see if the DGTLF ticker comes back or if it is under a different name. I don't know exactly what is going to happen. This POS has been R/S'ed and dumped on so many times and for so long its basically just a total loss at this point. Even if finally they get some sort of inflows from spinning of Ruyan, the parent corp is what is really being traded in the HK : 329 shares and that company continues to lose massive amounts of money every quarter so I would think as usual after this issuance the stock will just continue to move down. I remember when it was at one cent, they did the 20:1 R/S, the issuance was priced at $0.22/share and then over just a few weeks time frame after those adjusted shares started trading again it fell to $0.10, then $0.02 then eventually to sub-penny. Its just a joke at this point. I wrote this stock off as a total loss long ago. It was a big dissapointment, management seems inept and they should have had much more success but as it turns out all they seem to do is take investment capital via constant R/S dilution and dumping on the share price so they can buy more toxic investments like basements in Hong Kong. Oh well, live and learn, right? The main problem is there just really are not hardly any publicly traded ecig companies at all, so its a choice between bad and worse.
