Needs of the people! Like hey Youse guys, we [Baltia] just finished training the stewards [ those who will be waiting on youse guys ] whether on plane, telephone,or at main office. and now we are buying the uniforms. rather the clothing they must wear while performing their tasks [jobs]
we have finished training captains [person that flies the plane] etc,etc.
