RTXB FINALIZES ACQUISITION OF CHILL-TEXAS
RTXB to Produce Proprietary Brand Hemp Beverage Line-Up

Republic of Texas Brands, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: RTXB) today has announced that they have completed the acquisition of CHILL-Texas which will now become a fully-owned subsidiary of RTXB.
The CHILL-Texas brand brings the entire CHILLO Energy Beverage and C-Swiss Ice Tea product, inventory and distribution rights all under one roof. Randy Safford, who has done a masterful job, will continue on as the CEO of CHILL-Texas. The CHILL-Texas acquisition was a combination of cash and restricted shares.

With the acquisition, Chill-Texas simultaneously announced their distribution initiatives for their CHILLO Hemp Energy Drink in Ohio, the five boroughs of New York City and the Caribbean Isle of Jamaica.
In addition, Randy Safford has brought on Chris Dawkins as Vice-President of Marketing for Chill-Texas. His duties, Safford says, “will be to increase brand awareness through Event Marketing and Social Media, while expanding our distribution network in North America.”
