This is the type of communication that people have been looking for. And no, it is not too much to ask. This company was suspended around the same time as Kmag. The company had very little funds. And this response was to a person that was not even a shareholder, and he got right back with him. No secrets from the public, and nowhere near 4 million spent. Of course that 4 mill was a rumor.

The good news-- I have been updating shareholders regularly the past 2 years as I do in my other company (ADCS)---and finally I can say we are days away (not weeks, not months) from filing a Form 10 with the SEC to register as a fully reporting company. Once that is effective (60 days from filing) FINRA has stated that it will approve our Form 211 and we will then be a fully reporting pink sheet company, if not a fully reporting QB depending on where the price goes (.01 minimum there required) .
